Using your AMD mask:

1. Wash hands thoroughly (or use a hand sanitiser like ViroCLEAR) and avoid touching the inner layer of the mask.
2. Inspect the mask for damage.
3. Position the mask with the label facing out and the nose bridge at the top.
4. Unfold and place the mask over your nose and mouth, securing the loops around your ears.
5. Mold the nose bridge for a snug fit and pull the bottom of the mask under your chin.
6. Press the edges to ensure a proper seal.
7. Minimise touching the mask. Clean hands if contact occurs.
8. Replace a contaminated mask and never reuse it.

Removing your AMD mask:

1. Wash hands again and avoid touching the front of the mask.
2. Unhook the ear loops and discard the mask in a closed bin.
3. Clean hands once more with hand sanitiser or soap and water.
