Directions for use

With mask

Carefully remove the spacer from the packet, avoiding contact with the mouthpiece whenever possible. Tear away the perforated edge of the spacer to access the face mask.
Squeeze the sides of the flat spacer labelled "press" to form a full spacer.
Shake your puffer and insert it into the spacer. Pinch the top and bottom of the mask to fit around the nose and mouth.
Place the mask over the nose and mouth to create a seal, then press the puffer to release medication.
Breathe normally into the spacer four times. If more than one puff is required, repeat the process.

Without mask

Carefully remove the spacer from the packet, trying to avoid touching the mouthpiece whenever possible. Squeeze the sides of the flat spacer labelled "press" to form a full spacer.
Shake your puffer and insert it into the spacer.
Place your lips around the mouthpiece end of the spacer and press the puffer to release medication.
Breathe normally into the spacer four times. If more than one puff is required, repeat the process.
