How long does it take to ship my order?

Our hard working warehouse team aim to dispatch your items from our warehouse within 1 business day.

Orders placed before 2pm on business days will be dispatched same day.

We offer Free Express Shipping in Australia on all orders over $190* & Free Standard Shipping on Orders over $89 except on Inova Air Products and ViroCLEAR room Disinfectant Foggers.

Do you offer returns?

How can I track my order?

You can track your order using the tracking link we email you after your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Please note, sample packs are not tracked.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, we offer click and collect for our orders. Please place your order online, continue to the cart and select delivery method “Pick Up”.
