Aussie Saver Rewards Club - Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Aussie Saver Rewards Club! By joining and participating in our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Membership & Eligibility

Membership is free and available to individuals with a valid email address.

Only one account is permitted per person. Duplicate accounts may be merged or deactivated at our discretion.
- Points, rewards, and tier status are non-transferable and hold no cash value outside of redemption in this program.
- The Aussie Saver Rewards Club is intended for individual retail customers only.
- Businesses, companies, organisations, resellers, and wholesale accounts are not eligible to earn or redeem points, rewards, or tier benefits.
2. Earning Points
Members can earn points through the following activities:

Points contribute to your rewards balance and can be redeemed for discounts once you reach the required amount. Please note that program tiers are determined by your total spend over a 12-month period, not your points balance.
3. Redeeming Points

Rewards unlock automatically once you reach the required points balance.

500 points = $10 off

750 points = $15 off
- 1,000 points = $20 off

- Points are earned from purchases and other eligible activities such as referrals, reviews, or sign-ups. Redeeming points for rewards does not affect your tier status, which is based solely on your total spend.

Rewards cannot be combined with other discounts, coupons, or promotional codes unless explicitly stated.
4. Points & Rewards Expiry

Points expire 12 months after the date they were earned if unused.

Rewards expire 3 months after they become available (you’ll receive an email notification when a reward unlocks).
5. Tiers & Benefits
Your tier status is determined by your total spend over the past 12 months, while your points balance determines the rewards you can redeem. For example, you might have enough points for a $20 reward but remain in the Gold tier if your total spend is $600–$899. Tier upgrades happen automatically once you reach the spend threshold.

VIP Platinum – Spend $900 or more in 12 months

6. Referral Program

Referred friends will receive 15% off their first order, with a minimum spend of $100.

Referral discount codes are valid for one-time use only and expire 3 months after being issued.

Once the referred friend completes their first purchase, the referring member will receive 1,000 points credited to their rewards account.
-
A minimum order value of $80 applies when redeeming referral reward points.
- Referral reward points must be used within 3 months of being credited to the account.
7. General Conditions
- Points and tier status are managed separately. Points determine available rewards, while tier levels are based on total eligible spend within a rolling 12-month period.

Program changes: Aussie Pharma Direct reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Aussie Saver Rewards Club (including the way points are earned, redeemed, or tiers are structured) at any time without prior notice. We will always aim to notify members in advance where possible.

Errors & adjustments: If points are credited, deducted, or redeemed in error, Aussie Pharma Direct reserves the right to correct balances.

Account activity: Inactive accounts (no logins, purchases, or redemptions for 18 months) may be deactivated and points forfeited.

Fraudulent activity: Abuse of the programme, including but not limited to fraudulent referrals, misuse of rewards, or creating multiple accounts, may result in membership suspension or cancellation.
- Aussie Pharma Direct reserves the right to review accounts suspected of being used for business or commercial purposes and may adjust, suspend, or cancel rewards if misuse is identified.
- Any attempt to use the rewards program for wholesale or business orders may result in forfeiture of points, rewards, or tier status.
- The program is designed to reward individual customers for personal use, and we reserve the right to exclude transactions that do not align with this purpose.

Referrals must be genuine and only apply to new customers who have not purchased from Aussie Pharma Direct before. If we suspect that the referral program is being misused, we reserve the right to revoke the associated reward points and remove access to the referral program.

Order returns/refunds: If you return a purchase or receive a refund, any points earned from that transaction will be deducted from your account.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Participation in the program indicates acceptance of these terms.
