Do I need to make a purchase to join the rewards program?
Not at all! Joining is completely free. Just create an account with your email address and you’ll start earning points straight away.
Can I have more than one account?
Each person can only hold one account. Duplicate accounts may be merged or deactivated.
Can family members combine their points into one account?
No, points are linked to individual accounts and can’t be combined or transferred between members.
Is the program available internationally or only in Australia?
The program is available to all Aussie Pharma Direct customers, but rewards (such as vouchers or gifts) can only be redeemed on orders placed through our Australian website.
Earning Points
How long after my purchase will points appear in my account?
Points are added once your order is confirmed and shipped. Please allow up to 7 days for points to show.
Do I earn points on shipping costs or taxes?
No, points are only earned on the product subtotal (excluding shipping, handling, and any applicable taxes).
Do sale items, bundles, or gift cards earn points?
Some discounted products, bundles, and gift cards don’t earn points unless explicitly stated during a promotion. If an item is eligible, your points will appear as usual.
Will I still get points if I check out as a guest instead of logging in?
You’ll need to be logged into your rewards account to collect points. If you check out as a guest, they won’t be added automatically.
If I forget to log into my account, can I still claim my points later?
In most cases, yes. Contact our customer service team with your order number, and we’ll manually add the eligible points to your account.
Redeeming Points & Rewards
How do I apply my points at checkout?
When you reach enough points for a reward, you can choose how many points you’d like to redeem (e.g. 500 points = $10 off, 750 points = $15 off, 1,000 points = $20 off). Once selected in your rewards account, you’ll be given a unique discount code. Simply copy this code and apply it at checkout to claim your discount.
Can I use points and a promotional discount code in the same order?
In most cases, rewards cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated during a promotion.
Can I redeem more than one reward in a single order?
Only one reward code can be used per order, so pick the one that works best for you.
Is there a maximum number of points I can redeem per order?
Yes — the redemption options are capped at $10, $15, or $20 off per order, depending on how many points you’d like to use.
What happens if my reward code doesn’t work at checkout?
Double-check that your order meets the minimum spend and that your code hasn’t expired. If it still won’t work, just get in touch with us — we’ll help sort it out.

How can I check when my points or rewards will expire?
You can log into your account at any time to see your current balance, available rewards, and expiry dates.
Will I get notified before my points or rewards expire?
Yes! We’ll send you a reminder email before your points or rewards expire, so you have time to use them and enjoy your savings.
If I return an item, what happens to the points I earned from it?
Any points earned from a returned or refunded order will be deducted from your account.
Tiers & Benefits
When will my tier status update after I reach the spend requirement?
Your tier updates instantly once your spend hits the next level. You’ll see the change in your account right away.
Do I keep my tier forever once I’ve reached it?
No, your tier is based on a rolling 12-month spend. If you don’t maintain the required spend, you may move down a tier after 12 months.
If I don’t maintain the spend amount, will I drop down a tier?
Yes, but don’t worry — you’ll keep all your perks until the 12-month period ends. After that, your tier adjusts to reflect your spend.
Do my tier benefits apply immediately after I level up?
Absolutely! As soon as you move up a tier, you’ll start earning at the higher points rate and enjoying the extra perks.
What kind of “free gifts” or “exclusive perks” can I expect in higher tiers?
Think seasonal goodies, product samples, surprise vouchers, and early access to new products or members-only offers. We like to keep it exciting!
Referral Program
How do I refer a friend?
Simply log into your rewards account and look for the referral section. Share your unique referral link or code with your friend, and they’ll receive their discount when they place their first order.
Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?
Nope! You can refer as many friends as you like. Each successful referral will earn you 1,000 points.
Can I refer family members or myself?
You can’t refer yourself, and the program is designed for new customers only. Family members can be referred as long as they use a different email address and create their own account.
Does my friend need to create an account to use their referral code?
Yes, your friend will need to sign up with their email address and apply the referral code at checkout to enjoy their discount.
Can my friend use their referral code more than once?
No, the referral code is for one-time use only and will expire 3 months after being issued if unused.
Can my friend use their referral code together with another discount or promotion?
Referral codes can’t usually be combined with other discounts or promotions, unless we specifically state otherwise during a campaign.
What happens if my friend doesn’t use their referral code before it expires?
If the code isn’t used within 3 months, it will automatically expire and can’t be reissued.
Does the referral discount apply to gift cards or sale items?
No, referral discounts don’t apply to gift cards and may be excluded from certain sale items.
When will I receive my 1,000 points after referring a friend?
Your points will be credited to your rewards account once your friend completes their first qualifying order. Please allow a few days after the order ships for the points to appear.

What happens if my friend cancels or returns their order?
If your friend cancels or returns their order, the referral will no longer be valid and the 1,000 points will not be awarded (or will be removed if already credited).
Can I earn referral points if my friend’s order total is under $100?
No, your friend must place an order of $100 or more for the referral to count.
Do referral reward points count towards my tier status?
Yes, referral points are added to your rewards balance and contribute towards your overall activity, but only your spend amount determines your tier status.
Is there a minimum spend required to use my referral reward?
Yes, a minimum order value of $100 applies when redeeming referral reward points.
Can I transfer my referral points to another account?
No, referral points are tied to your personal rewards account and can’t be transferred.
Do referral points expire at the same time as regular points?
Referral reward points must be used within 3 months of being added to your account.
