How to Use

1. Before you use the product, always wear disposable gloves to protect your hands from the corrosiveness of the peracetic acid. 
2. Take one Clinell Sporicidal Wipe from the packaging. The wipes are supplied in a dry, stable form.
3. Activate the wipe by moistening it with a suitable amount of water. You can use clean tap water or another appropriate source. Squeeze out any excess water if necessary, ensuring the wipe is damp but not dripping.
4. Gently wipe the surface or non-invasive medical device that requires disinfection. Wipe in an ‘S’ shaped pattern, taking care not to go over the same area twice.
5. When the wipes become too soiled, dispose it in a designated waste container. Do not flush the wipe down the toilet.
6. Let the surface you’ve wiped to air dry. 

Caution

• Avoid contact with eyes as it can lead to severe damage and should be strictly avoided.
• The chemicals generated by this product are harmful if swallowed.
• Exercise caution as the chemicals generated may be corrosive to the skin. Avoid direct skin contact whenever possible. Always wear gloves when using the product. 
• Ventilation may be necessary when using in a confined space.

Chemical hazard

Peracetic acid is an oxidising agent and may promote combustion of flammable materials.

Storage instruction

Store in cool, dry, well ventilated area, away from direct sunlight in low humidity. Keep away from combustible materials. Keep container closed when not in use.
