            Australia Post carries no liability in the event that your order is lost, misdelivered, or damaged during transit, regardless of the nature of the error. For this reason we offer shipping insurance as an optional extra. By adding shipping insurance to your order you can be assured it is protected.

            How it works

            If your order is lost or damaged on its way to you all you need to do is follow these simple steps:

            1. Contact us at hello@aussiepharmadirect.com.auor phone between 8:30am and 5pm on 1300 783 113
            2. Let us know your order number and that it has been lost or damaged
            3. We will lodge an investigation with Australia Post, within 2 business days we will send you out a replacement order provided the below conditions are meet:
            • consignment was not signed for
            • there is no proof of delivery image captured
            • you have supplied the correct address when placing the order
