The NDIS may fund products and supports that relate to a participant’s disability and help them pursue their goals, increase independence, or complete everyday activities more safely and effectively. Whether a product can be purchased using NDIS funding depends on the participant’s individual circumstances and whether it meets the NDIS funding criteria, including being considered reasonable and necessary.
Some products may fall under funding categories such as Core Supports or Assistive Technology, depending on the item and the participant’s plan. Because funding decisions are individual, product inclusion on this page does not mean the item is automatically funded or endorsed by the NDIA.
