3M™ 7535 Asbestos Respirator Kit

Usage

1. Inspect Mask and Filters: Inspect the respirator mask and filters for any damage or defects before each use.
2. Fit Mask Properly: Ensure that the mask is properly fitted to the face, with a tight seal around the nose and mouth.
3. Replace Filters Regularly: Replace the P2/P3 filters regularly according to the manufacturer's recommendations or when breathing becomes difficult.
4. Perform Seal Check: Perform a positive and negative pressure seal check to ensure proper fit and seal of the respirator.
5. Dispose Responsibly: Dispose of used filters and respirator components responsibly according to local regulations.

Use this respirator system strictly in accordance with all User
Instructions:

Including accompanying components of the system.

• Do not submerge the filters in liquid.
• Do not use in atmospheres containing less than 19.5%
  oxygen. (3M definition. Individual countries may apply
  their own limits on oxygen deficiency. Seek advice if in
  doubt).
• Do not use these products in pure oxygen or oxygen
  enriched atmospheres.
• Do not use for respiratory protection against atmospheric
  contaminants/concentrations which have poor warning
  properties or are unknown or immediately dangerous
  to life and health (IDLH) or against contaminants/
  concentrations which generate high heats of reaction with
  chemical filters.
• Do not use in concentrations above those specified in
  Technical Specifications.
• Leave the contaminated area immediately if:
  o Any part of the system becomes damaged.
  o Airflow to the face piece decreases or stops.
  o Breathing becomes difficult or increased breathing
  resistance occurs.
  o Dizziness or other distress occurs.
  o You smell or taste contaminants or irritation occurs.
• Never alter, modify or repair this device.
• These products do not contain components made from
  natural rubber latex.
• In case of intended use in explosive atmospheres, contact 3M.

Shelf Life, Storage and Transportation

1) 3M™ Particulate Filter 6035, P2/P3

• The filters should be stored in the packaging provided in dry,
  clean conditions away from direct sunlight, sources of high
  temperature.
• Do not store outside the temperature range -20°C to +25°C
  or with humidity above 80%. When stored as stated, the
  expected shelf life is 5 years from date of manufacture.
• End of shelf life date is marked on the product packaging.
• Before initial use, always check that the product is within the
  stated shelf life. When storing or transporting this product
  use original packaging provided.
  

2) 3M™ Half Face Respirator 7500 Series

• Keep stored in the packaging provided in clean, dry
  conditions away from direct sunlight, sources of high
  temperature, petrol and solvent vapours. Do not store outside
  the temperature range -10°C to +50°C or with humidity
  above 90%.
• Before initial use, always check that the product is within the
  stated shelf life. When storing or transporting this product
  use original packaging provided.
