Directions for use

Draw a warm bath and ensure there's enough water to comfortably submerge your body.
Tear open the top of the bag. For a full-body soak, pour a generous ½ cup of magnesium flakes directly into the warm bathwater. For a targeted foot soak, use a tablespoon of flakes.
Carefully reseal the bag to preserve the remaining flakes.
Gently stir the water to help the magnesium flakes dissolve. Sit back, relax, and soak in the soothing mineral benefits for at least 20 minutes.
