      1. Before use, visually inspect each glove for any visible tears, holes, or defects. Discard any gloves that appear compromised.
      2. Ensure your hands are clean and dry before putting on the gloves. Proper hand hygiene prevents contaminants from entering the gloves.
      3. Gently pull the glove over your hand, ensuring that your fingers slide into the individual finger slots. The beaded cuff should be positioned around your wrist to prevent the glove from rolling down during use.
      4. To remove the nitrile gloves, grasp the cuff of one glove near your wrist and peel it off your hand, turning it inside out.
      5. Properly dispose of used gloves in accordance with waste disposal guidelines.
