Cashews [57%], halal grass-fed bovine collagen [20%], tapioca starch, dark chocolate (cocoa solids 70%, sugar, sunflower lecithin, natural flavour) [4%], Cocoa Powder [2%], maple syrup, S.officinarum prebiotic fibre, vanilla extract, organic camu camu , peppermint oil, monk fruit.

Unlike sunflower oil or soy lecithin, Sunflower Lecithin is derived from dehydrated sunflower seeds using a cold press system, similar to crafting extra virgin olive oil. This process separates the seeds into solid, oil, and gum, with the gum being the lecithin used in our bars.
