Directions for use

With clean hands, roll the earplug into a narrow, crease-free cylinder.
Using your opposite hand, reach over your head to gently pull your ear up and back.
Carefully insert the rolled earplug into your ear canal until it fits snugly.
Hold the earplug in your ear for 20–30 seconds to allow the foam to expand and create a secure seal.
Discard earplugs after each use to maintain hygiene and performance.

Always follow workplace safety guidelines when using PPE ear plugs.
