Directions for use

For Hair & Scalp:

Mix a few drops of rosemary essential oil for hair with a carrier oil such as coconut, jojoba, or olive oil.
Massage gently into the scalp to stimulate circulation and support healthy hair growth.
Leave for at least 30 minutes or overnight before washing out.
Repeat 2–3 times per week for best results.

For Skin Care:

Dilute a few drops of rosemary essential oil for skin in a carrier oil (e.g. sweet almond oil).
Apply sparingly to cleansed skin to tone, refresh, and hydrate.
Always perform a patch test before first use.

For Aromatherapy:

Add 3–5 drops of organic rosemary essential oil to a diffuser, vaporiser, or hot water bowl.
Inhale the herbal aroma to promote clarity, focus, and relaxation.
