    For Hair & Scalp:

    • Mix a few drops of rosemary essential oil for hair with a carrier oil such as coconut, jojoba, or olive oil.
    • Massage gently into the scalp to stimulate circulation and support healthy hair growth.
    • Leave for at least 30 minutes or overnight before washing out.
    • Repeat 2–3 times per week for best results.

    For Skin Care:

    • Dilute a few drops of rosemary essential oil for skin in a carrier oil (e.g. sweet almond oil).
    • Apply sparingly to cleansed skin to tone, refresh, and hydrate.
    • Always perform a patch test before first use.
