Directions for use

Massage cream into affected areas 3-4 times a day to ensure that the cream is properly absorbed into the skin and able to provide relief where it is needed. For menstrual pain, the recommendation is to apply once or twice a day to the lower abdomen and back.

The key ingredients in this cream include 50mg of Arnica Montana extract, 60mg of Rosemary Oil, 4.85mg of Juniper Berry oil, 20mg of Emu oil, 4.58mg of Eucalyptus oil, 7.5mg of Clary Sage oil, 15mg of Lavender oil, and 7.5mg of Marjoram oil sweet.
