      Warm

      Heat in the microwave for 30–60 seconds (always test temperature before use).

      Heat can concentrate in the centre of the pack, so it’s best to gently shake or knead the wheat bag to evenly distribute the warmth. The pack may not feel very warm immediately after heating, but give it a moment—once the heat spreads, you'll feel the full soothing effect. 

      Warning: Avoid placing it directly to your skin right after taking it out from the microwave.

      Chill in the freezer for 30–60 minutes.
