Directions for use

The pain relief cream, Soodox Women's Pain Relief Cream, can be used in conjunction with the WheatBags Love heat/cold packs to provide a more comprehensive approach to pain relief. When used together, they can potentially enhance the soothing and alleviating effects.

Here's how you can use them together:

Start by applying a sufficient amount of Soodox Women's Pain Relief Cream to the affected area.
Gently massage the cream into the skin until it is absorbed.
After applying the cream, you can further enhance the pain-relieving effect by incorporating the WheatBags Love heat packs.
For heat therapy, heat the WheatBags Love in a microwave on high for a maximum of 2 minutes.
Once heated, ensure to give the wheat bag a good shake for the warmth to evenly spread.
Place the warm WheatBags Love heat pack on the area experiencing pain, such as the lower abdomen during menstrual cramps.
Relax and allow the combination of the cream and heat therapy to provide a soothing sensation, helping to alleviate discomfort.

To use the WheatBags Love as a cold pack:

Place the wheat bag in the freezer for about 30 mins until it is cold.
Take out from the freezer and place on the sprained or strained areas of the body.

Arnica Montana extracts equivalent to fresh flowers 50mg, Rosemary Oil 60mg, Juniper Berry oil fixed 4.85mg, Emu oil 20mg, Eucalyptus oil 4.85mg, Clary Sage oil 7.5mg, Lavender oil 15mg, Marjoram oil sweet 7.5mg, Hydroxybenzoates and Imidurea as preservatives.
