1. What happens if I place my order after the Christmas cut-off date?
We’ll still dispatch your order as quickly as possible, but Australia Post may not deliver it before Christmas. Delivery times are especially unpredictable during the holiday period, so ordering early gives you the best chance of receiving your parcel on time.
2. Do regional and remote areas need more time?
Yes. Deliveries to rural, regional and remote locations often take longer, even when sent before the cut-off date. We always recommend ordering earlier if you live outside a metro area.
3. How quickly does Aussie Pharma Direct dispatch orders during the Christmas period?
Our team works hard to dispatch orders promptly — usually same day or next business day. During very busy periods, there may be slight delays, but we’ll always aim to get your parcel on its way as fast as we can.
4. Will Australia Post guarantee Christmas delivery if I order before the cut-off?
Cut-off dates are recommended timeframes, not guaranteed delivery dates. Weather events, customs checks, high parcel volumes and local disruptions can still impact delivery. Sending early is the safest option.
5. Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Yes. Every order comes with an Australia Post tracking link. You’ll receive the link by email once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
6. Do international orders take longer during Christmas?
Absolutely. International deliveries often experience delays due to customs processing and increased global shipping volumes. Each country also has different cut-off dates, so please check the table on this page before ordering.
7. What if I’m sending overseas — do I need to think about customs duties or taxes?

8. What if I noticed that I entered the wrong delivery address after making my order?
If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. Once a parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, address changes are limited. Placing your order early gives you more time to correct any errors before it ships.
9. Do bulky or restricted items take longer to ship?
Yes, in some cases. Aerosols, heavy parcels or items that cannot travel by air may have longer delivery times. If any product has special shipping rules, we’ll note it clearly on the product page.
10. Can I choose Express Post for faster delivery?
Yes. Express Post is the quickest option for most locations. Just keep in mind that cut-off dates still apply, and regional areas may take longer even with Express Post.
11. Will your store close over Christmas or New Year?
Yes, we will be closing over the Christmas and New Year period. Our closure dates are as below:
