P2 NANO-TECH Particulate Respirator features advanced filtering and design details that allow them to be worn comfortably while maintaining their class-leading functionality.
Cutting-Edge Nanofibre Technology: Nano-filters, comprised of nano-fibres, deliver higher filtration efficiency than standard melt blown filters and are lighter and more breathable. They also maintain their functionality after exposure to moisture while typical filters lose their electrostatic properties once exposed to water.
Three-panel Design For The Perfect Fit: AMD respirators feature an innovative three-panel design that naturally conforms around the nose and mouth, creating a superior seal, with latex-free elastic ear loops.
Lightweight Comfort and Breathability: Nano-filter respirators are lighter than standard respirators and allow enhanced breathability. The three panel design unfolds to shape naturally around the face maximising ventilation around the nose and mouth that makes the respirator a viable option for those with breathing restrictions such as the elderly and those with heart and lung conditions.
Individually Packaged for Hygiene and Convenience: Each nano-filter respirator is individually packaged for hygiene and designed to fold flat to facilitate portability and storage. Plus, the individual wrapping makes it convenient to carry and distribute without contamination.

Directions
- Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water or use a hand sanitiser before handling the respirator.
- Carefully inspect the respirator for any damage or defects before use. Do not use if the product is damaged.
- Open the individually packaged respirator and unfold it while holding onto the edges, careful not to touch the area where the mouth and nose should be.
- Position the unfolded respirator over the nose and mouth and place one ear loop over each ear.
- Adjust the nose clip to mould it securely to the shape of your nose. This helps in creating a better seal.
- Inhale gently to check for any air leakage around the edges. If you feel air escaping, readjust the respirator for a tighter seal.
- Refrain from touching the front of the respirator during use to prevent contamination.
- To remove, handle the respirator by the ear loops or straps. Avoid touching the front. Dispose of the respirator in a proper waste bin. Do not reuse the respirators if there are visible signs of dirt and stains.
- Clean hands with hand sanitiser or soap and water.
Nanofiber V Meltblown filter
Nanofibres are only 1 nanometer, 1 billionth of a meter in thickness. Nanofiber is a new material made by building these fibers sterically for a fishnet structure that has better permeability, blockability, and durability than any fiber ever invented. The AMD Nanofiber filter which is spun-bond non woven fabric, raw material polypropylene. This is also used in filters for air, gas, liquids and also in other products such as nappies and sanitary pads. The thin layers of extremely fine polypropylene fibers work to block respiratory emissions.
