Organic Grass-fed Beef (80%), Amaranth Flour, Cranberries, Coconut Aminos, Vinegar, Salt, Spices, Lactic Acid.

Spices include paprika, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper and nutmeg.

Storage instructions

Can last up to 10 months on the shelf without refrigeration. Keep in the fridge or freezer for longer storage.
Refrigerate once opened and consume within 3 days.

Occasionally, you may come across a small piece of naturally occurring connective tissue (such as collagen), which can firm up during the slow-drying process. This is completely normal and safe (and beneficial) to eat, as it’s a natural part of the beef and a great source of collagen.
