Now that an increasing number of us are travelling for business and pleasure, it’s important we take precautions to protect ourselves, our families and other Australians.
Right now, each state has its own travel and border rules, but the broad trend is towards fewer restrictions and more travel.
So it’s time we learned how to travel safely in this new environment.
According to official Australian government guidelines, three of the most important things we can do to stop the spread of coronavirus are to:
Practise physical distancing
Wear masks
Observe good hygiene (including washing your hands and cleaning your surroundings)
Investing in a Travel Safe Pack will help you tick the mask-wearing and hygiene boxes.
Official government advice is "wash your hands often with soap and water" as a first preference and "use alcohol-based hand sanitisers when you can’t use soap and water". The 60ml hand sanitiser contains 75% alcohol, so it’s perfect for when you can’t access a bathroom.
The government also advises you to "clean and disinfect surfaces you use often", such as benchtops, desks and doorknobs, and "clean and disinfect objects you use often", such as mobile phones, keys, wallets and work passes. That’s why the Travel Safe Pack includes surface wipes – the towels contain 70% alcohol and come individually wrapped.
The Travel Safe Pack offers incredible value. Free shipping if you buy 2 or spend over $50. The items come in a reusable zip pouch and contains all Australian Made products:
10 x AMD P2 face masks (individually wrapped)
1 x 60mL hand sanitiser gel
The masks have a nano-filter that filters out 99.66% of airborne particles – higher than the 94% minimum required by Australian standards.
